Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver across India. The charge depends on your pincode and is shown before you pay:

• Chennai (600001 to 600130 and OMR 603103): ₹90, usually next day.
• Kerala: ₹250, usually 3 days.
• Rest of India: ₹300, usually 3 days.

Minimum order for home delivery is ₹500 of products. On WhatsApp, send us your pincode and we reply with the exact charge.

• Your order is packed only after payment is received and stock is confirmed.
• Live fish are packed in oxygenated bags and dispatched on days that avoid a weekend in transit. An order paid on Friday or Saturday may leave on Monday; we tell you the dispatch day on WhatsApp.
• You get a WhatsApp message at each step: confirmed, packed, dispatched with courier and tracking, and delivered.

• Someone must be available to receive the parcel on the delivery day. Fish cannot wait at a courier hub.
• Give a complete address with landmark and a phone number that answers. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or nobody being available, re-delivery or re-shipment is chargeable, and we cannot be responsible for fish that die while waiting.
• Record an unboxing video before opening the sealed bags. It is the only way a dead-on-arrival claim can be accepted (see the Refund Policy).
• Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15 to 20 minutes before releasing the fish, so temperatures match.

Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals and power cuts can add days, and we will keep you updated but cannot refund for a delay alone. If a delay makes safe delivery impossible before dispatch, we cancel and refund you in full.

When pickup is offered, we message you as soon as the order is ready and share the collection point. Please collect within 24 hours; live fish cannot be held longer.
